Job summary

OCBC Bank in Malaysia is seeking a Personal Financial Consultant to deliver holistic banking solutions and wealth advisory services. You will engage with customers, foster trusted relationships, and participate in events to grow the Personal/Premier Banking base.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with diploma or higher and relevant certifications as an added advantage. Multi-lingual skills are a plus, and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma and above holder with minimum 1 year sales or service experience in the financial or service industry.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• License and relevant certifications (PCE, MTA, FIMM, IPPC/PPKM etc) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• To provide “One-Stop” and holistic banking solutions to our customers.
• Offer Professional Wealth Advice - To be part of the leading wealth solutions team and engage with wealth specialists to offer appropriate financial solutions.
• Be Our Personal and Premier Banking Advocate and Acquire New Customer – participate in events and sales initiatives to invite customers to Personal/ Premier Banking.
• Service - proactively engage customers to establish a good relationship and improve customer engagement score.
• Compliance - adhere to documentary and processes/procedural requirements and submit statutory/regulatory reports on time; ensure zero defects in account opening, loan submission and other transactions.
