Job summary

OCBC Malaysia invites graduates to join the Group Consumer Financial Services team in Petaling Jaya. You will gain hands-on exposure to consumer banking and wealth management, contributing to client solutions through advisory and cross-selling of financial products.

Key duties include providing one-stop banking solutions, building long-term customer relationships, conducting sales visits, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited university/college.
• Interest in financial planning, investments and in sales.
• Preferably with minimum 1 year experience in sales or service.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to deliver high quality customer service.
• Possess a valid driving license & own transport.
• Licensing and relevant certifications (PCE, CEILI, CUTE etc) are an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide “one-stop” banking solutions to customers.
• Provide financial advisory, promote and cross-sell a comprehensive range of financial products and services.
• Proactively manage and build long term customer relationships.
• Provide good after-sales and conduct sales visits to potential customers within the vicinity.
• Ensure adherence to relevant policies, regulatory risk and compliance matters.
