Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma and above holder with minimum 1 year sales or service experience in financial or service industries.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Licenses and relevant certifications (PCE, MTA, FIMM, IPPC/PPKM etc) are an added advantage.
• Possess strong interest in financial planning, investment, lending, and sales.
• Strong understanding of both financial and non-financial markets with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good social networking skills and ability to deliver high quality customer service.
• Multilingual abilities are an added advantage.
• Possesses own transport and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• To provide 'One-Stop' and holistic banking solutions to our customers.
• Offer Professional Wealth Advice - be part of a leading wealth solutions team and engage with wealth panel to advise customers.
• Be Our Personal and Premier Banking Advocate and Acquire New Customer by participating in events and sales initiatives.
• Provide proactive service to establish strong customer relationships and improve engagement scores.
• Adhere to all documentary and process requirements and ensure timely reports and compliance.
