Job summary

AIA is seeking a senior, data-driven leader to drive the Elite Academy funnel and performance initiatives. You will shape recruitment pipelines, coordinate marketing and cross-functional teams, and ensure quality outcomes for Elite participants across the agency network.

Role requires extensive experience in agency development, data analytics, and BI tools, plus strong communication and travel willingness for interstate engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• 10+ years of experience in agency development, growth, sales and marketing, preferably in insurance.
• Experience in Agency Distribution and Agency Recruitment, including onboarding and development of Life Planners.
• Strong understanding of agency growth strategies supported by data analytics and structured programmes.
• Excellent data analytical, reporting and problem-solving abilities with ability to translate insights into business solutions.
• Expertise in performance management systems, BI tools (Power BI), and CRM platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, including presentations.
• Public speaking experience, comfortable with training and group engagement.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, IT, Data Analytics, Compliance).
• Willingness to travel interstate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a funnel strategy to build a sustainable pipeline.
• Strengthen the go-to-market strategy of the Sales team (Elite PIC) and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Oversee branding and content across social media channels and marketing campaigns.
• Manage recruitment metrics, change communications and performance initiatives for Elite Academy participants.
• Coordinate with Marketing, IT, Data Analytics and Compliance to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
• Provide strategic advisory support to Sales for refining go-to-market strategies.
• Generate ad-hoc reports to support interventions for underperforming agencies.
