AIA Malaysia is seeking a data-driven Analyst to support agency recruitment and development strategies through performance analysis, governance, and reporting. You will build dashboards, track activation and retention, and provide insights to guide management decisions.

The role covers governance, incentive and payment administration, and coordination with cross-functional teams to improve recruitment quality and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Actuarial Science, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of working experience in business analysis, performance management, sales support, agency development, insurance, or financial services.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into insights.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and enhance agency performance dashboards, evaluation frameworks, and analytical reports to monitor recruitment, activation, productivity, validation, and retention.
• Analyse agency performance trends, identify gaps, and provide insights to support management decisions.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding analytics, including tracking selection processes and compensation packages.
• Prepare management reporting decks and monthly performance updates for senior management.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Agency, Training, Finance, Risk, and other stakeholders to implement agency development strategies.
• Manage governance for agency incentive schemes, including eligibility validation, post-payout monitoring, and clawback actions where needed.
• Undertake any other duties to support departmental objectives.
