Target Media Sdn Bhd, the Malaysian subsidiary of Focus Media China, specializes in elevator advertising. This role offers a commission-driven compensation model with no cap; every deal you close is commissionable.

You will learn from successful international case studies and proven business models to scale ordinary deals into long-term, high-value projects. We have experienced, hands-on leaders who guide client strategy, solution development and project scaling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of media sales experience in an agency or similar environment.
• Strong network with advertisers, brand marketers or media agencies.
• Familiar with media planning and buying across TV, digital, social channels.
• Excellent negotiation and strong business acumen.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Analyze sales performance and market trends to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Meet quarterly and annual sales goals, as well as client satisfaction metrics.
• Understand clients' needs in-depth and develop media solutions.
• Identify and acquire new clients while supporting the team in maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
• Work closely with internal departments and operations to optimize the sales conversion process from lead to closing.
• Represent the company at industry events, forums and meetings to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities.
