Job summary

HICOM-Teck See Manufacturing Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee electroplating line maintenance, lead production operators, and ensure 5S and safety standards are upheld. You will assist engineers with troubleshooting and drive continuous improvement projects.

The role requires a minimum SPM, 3 years in surface finishing, supervisory capability, and willingness to work extended hours in a demanding manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Min SPM level education required.
• 3 years’ experience in surface finishing industry.
• Supervisory skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Willing to work long hours and be highly responsible.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance task of electroplating tank and jigs.
• Conduct control system of electroplating line.
• Lead production operator in perform daily routine task.
• Prepare daily routine production and maintenance report.
• Verify production operator job.
• Assist production engineer in machine trouble shooting and quality issue.
• Implement improvement activity on electroplating line.
• Maintain good housekeeping in production area.
