Job summary

Venture Corporation Limited is seeking an Engineer, Test in GES Manufacturing Services (M) Sdn Bhd. The role focuses on testing at PCBA and Box-Build levels, defining test setups for NPI, and ensuring quality across function, performance and regression testing.

You will work with development to capture test cases, manage versions, and build in-house test tools while contributing to environmental health and safety initiatives. Strong VB.net/Labview skills and Excel/Access proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• VB.net and Labview programming experience.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills (8D or Six Sigma).
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Team player and able to work independently.
• Good decision-making ability.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to workplace safety and health by following EHS policies and participating in EHS programs.
• Engage in test activities at PCBA and Box-Build level.
• Define and support test setup at NPI.
• Test all aspects of the product/system: function, component, performance, regression, service.
• Collaborate with development to identify and capture test cases and manage versions.
• Set up test environments, design test plans, create test cases, and execute them.
• Provide feedback on usability and serviceability and trace results to quality risk.
