Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Product/Electronics Technician to support electronics manufacturing, including launch of new projects, material studies, and process testing to boost production efficiency.

Candidates with certificates/diplomas in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering are welcome; PCBA debugging experience is highly preferred. Fresh graduates with electronics backgrounds are encouraged to apply and bring strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to the team.

Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in PCBA debugging is highly preferred.
• Fresh graduates with an electronics background are welcome to apply.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Help launch new manufacturing projects, run material studies, and test new processes to boost production efficiency.
• Investigate engineering issues on the floor and help implement practical, long-term solutions.
• Manage and update manufacturing documents like BOMs, work instructions, and technical drawings.
• Support line setups, monitor cycle times and product yields, and coordinate tools, jigs and fixtures.
• Follow company security and data-protection guidelines, and support ISO 14001 EMS standards.
