Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking engineers with a strong background in electronics to design and lay out power supply and battery management PCBs. You will perform reliability tests (HASS/HALT) and generate thorough instructions for manufacturing, while supporting ongoing product development in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate holds a electronics-focused degree and demonstrates expertise in power electronics, MCU usage, and EDA tools, with a proactive, self-starting attitude.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in electronics/electrical engineering or related field.
Strong knowledge of power electronics and devices.
Experience with circuit board layouts.
Proficiency with EDA tools (Protel, PowerPCB, Cadence, Altium).
Understanding of power topology (forwarding, flyback, LLC, buck, boost).
Strong MCU knowledge.
Familiarity with electronics standards and protocols.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and proactive.

Responsibilities

Layout design for power supply and battery management PCB.
Perform HASS and HALT tests on power and battery boards.
Create and compile instructions for power and battery boards.
Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
