MKS Inc. is seeking a Global Electronics Supplier Manager in Penang, Malaysia. You will partner with Engineering, Procurement, Category Management and Sourcing to develop and refine the electronics supply base strategy, reporting to the Senior Manager, PCBA's & Distribution Category.

You will manage global supplier performance, drive dual sourcing and supplier identification, and communicate strategy and risk mitigation plans to stakeholders. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain.
• 5+ years of related experience in Category or Commodity management in Electronics.

Aufgaben

• Develop and refine the electronics category strategy.
• Serve as single point of contact for strategic, globally managed electronics suppliers.
• Improve supply chain efficiency and solve dynamic problems for the company.
• Negotiate lowest total cost of ownership, on-time delivery, lead times, customer satisfaction, and agility.
• Manage master supply agreement construction from templates; conduct reviews, negotiate, and monitor updates.
• Lead supplier performance reviews and quarterly business reviews.
