Job summary

CeX Malaysia is looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to greet customers, process sales, buy/sell transactions, and keep the store clean and well-stocked. You will evaluate second-hand electronics and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires weekend/public holiday shifts, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, and a passion for consumer electronics. Prior retail experience is preferred, with a team-focused and growth-minded attitude.

Qualifications

• Able to work shifts on weekends and public holidays.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience and passion in consumer and gaming electronics is an added advantage.
• Team player with a desire to grow in retail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and provide customer service.
• Process sales and purchases at the POS.
• Examine, evaluate and test stock bought in per SOPs.
• Ensure store and inventory are neat, organized and properly priced.
• Take stock and reorganize merchandise as needed.
• Provide product knowledge to customers.
• Adhere to store policies and procedures.

Minimum SPM or equivalent
