Job summary

PCA Technology (M) Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking a Buyer/Planner. Fresh grads welcomed; you will help ensure purchases meet master schedule, coordinate with approved suppliers, and keep material flow on track.

You will generate inventory and order reports, update pricing and BOMs, and prepare shipping documents. Training is provided to new entrants, with emphasis on ERP/MRP and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Preferably with a minimum of 2 years experience in material purchasing and planning in electronic industry.
• Possess good knowledge in MRP ,ERP and inventory control.
• Computer literate and well in Excel & Word.
• Fresh graduates also encouraged to apply, training and guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Ensure purchased items follow customer requirements/Master Schedule Plan and purchased from approved suppliers.
• Ensure material purchased delivered on time to meet Master Schedule Plan.
• Generate reports (month end inventory, customer order summary) to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Progressively update production planner on material status.
• Update new item pricing and BOM into system.
• Arrange shipping documents (Invoice and Delivery Order) from system.
• Organize meetings with suppliers for any non-conformance.
