Job summary

Celestica Malaysia in Kulim is seeking an experienced production assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will perform manual assembly, operate automated equipment, hand solder, test, inspect and repair products while maintaining quality standards.

You will also set up machines, perform feeder repairs, conduct preventive maintenance, and lead teams to meet tight deadlines. A high school diploma and 4–5 years of relevant experience are required; strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Four to five years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs manual assembly, operation of automated assembly equipment, hand soldering, operation of automated test equipment, and inspection and repair of products.
• Sets up machines and line, performs feeder repairs and first line preventative maintenance.
• Must possess specific certifications as defined by site operations.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external customers.
• Leads the team to high quality production within tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of SMT processing systems and testing fixtures.
