ENERVIA SDN BHD is seeking a hands-on Electrical Installer to perform DC and AC wiring for solar PV projects in Penang. You will install cables, terminations, inverters, distribution boards and related equipment, working closely with a project team on-site.

The role requires reading drawings, conducting testing, and ensuring safety and quality across installations, with travel to project locations as needed. Fresh graduates with practical skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in electrical installation, AC/DC wiring and cable termination.
• Knowledge of solar PV electrical systems is an advantage.
• Able to read electrical drawings and perform electrical troubleshooting.
• Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations when required.
• Fresh graduates with relevant practical skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Perform DC and AC electrical wiring and installation for solar PV systems.
• Install and terminate DC cables, AC power cables, control cables and earthing systems.
• Carry out installation and wiring works for inverters, distribution boards, electrical panels and related equipment.
• Assist with PLC, HMI and VFD installation, wiring, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Perform electrical testing, continuity checks, insulation resistance (IR) testing and functional testing.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out rectification works.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams and technical documents.
• Assist with testing, commissioning and maintenance of electrical and solar PV systems.
• Ensure all works comply with electrical safety procedures and project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors and other site personnel to complete work according to schedule.
