Job summary

Rest N Go in Malaysia seeks a maintenance technician to manage electrical and mechanical care for office buildings and showrooms. The role requires PW4 Wireman Certification, SKM or Diploma qualifications, and 1–2 years of relevant experience. You must hold a valid driver’s license and have own transport for site visits.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–6:30pm, with potential travel out of state. Benefits include health coverage, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, annual bonus and paid leave.

Qualifications

Must possess PW4 Wireman Certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in office building or showroom maintenance.
Possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation (car).

Responsibilities

Assist in the overall maintenance of office building and showroom.
To carry out the inspections and preventive maintenance as per scheduled.
To attend and resolve electrical, mechanical and technical issues related to office building and showroom facilities.
Respond to electrical emergency calls promptly and resolve issues to minimize downtime and safety risks.
Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and suppliers as needed.
Update the maintenance job sheet and file.
Conduct inventory checks to ensure stock balance and proper records.
Conduct weekly/monthly/yearly checks on the condition of electrical parts and fittings and ensure they are in good condition, repair and replace if needed and consolidate monthly report.
Able to travel out of state as needed.
