Job summary

DYNAC in Malaysia is seeking a skilled electrical technician to fabricate wiring for Control Panels, MCCs, PLCs, DBs and related assemblies. You will perform insulation tests, testing and commissioning, and ensure compliance with SOPs.

The role requires hands-on experience with electrical assembly, measurement and tolerances, and the ability to travel for onsite jobs. You will support FAT activities and housekeeping, and assist the team leader in material handling and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Electrical study.
• Ability to understand measurement and tolerances.
• Experience in wiring and assembling electrical components.
• Experience with PLC fabrication.
• Experience with Distribution boards (DB) and Junction boards (JB).
• Experience with insulation winding resistance testing and functional testing of motors.
• Knowledge of FAT and compliance with ISO 9001:2015/OHSAS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate complete wiring for Control Panels, MCCs, PLCs, DBs and JB-related assemblies.
• Perform insulation resistance tests and motor testing.
• Conduct testing and commissioning activities.
• Support FAT activities and ensure proper setup of testing locations.
• Follow HSE policies, procedures and housekeeping routines.
• Assist team leader in moving materials and labeling items.
• Travel to sites as required and participate in committee tasks.

• 1. To fabricate complete wiring for Control Panel ,Motor control center (MCC),Programmable logic control (PLC),Distribution board (DB) & Junction board (JB) and related to it.
• 2. To do electrical work Insulation winding resistance test motor
• 8. To do testing and commissioning
• 9. To implement QMS ISO 9001:2015 OHSAS in section.
• 10. To comply with HSE policies & procedure.
• 11. Assist all emergency and difficult situation efficiently and investigate all issue to provide solution.
• 12. To participate daily morning briefing, exercise progress info sharing among crew members
• 13. To involve and to ensure FAT activities related with section product.
• 14. To follow SOP in section.
• 15. To make sure housekeeping are implement in section twice day, before start work and after finished work.
• 16. Ability to travel to do jobs away.
• 17. To involved and to ensure FAT activities related with section product conducted properly and arrangement location has been setup.
• 18. To involve arrange and monitoring, finishing, wrapping, packing and delivery process.
• 19. Any others task as required by HOD and management.
• 20. Assist team leader to move all materials from storage area to working area and provide tagging and labels at item or material taken.
• 21. To assist team leader to monitor status of machineries and tools in section.
• 22. To joint any committee required by HOD and management.
• 23. Ensure effective implementation of all procedures related to ensure safe working atmosphere for employees
• 24. To conduct periodical housekeeping of tools & work place using 6s method to improve productivity and employee morale.
• 25. To station in a work place area while in working hour and obey to working hour procedure, rules and regulations.
• 26. To attended/participate any internal and external technical and theory training required by management
• 27. To join any committee required by HOD & top management
• 28. Ant others task as required by HOD and management

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATION & KNOWLEDGE & SKILL

• 1. Certificate in Electrical study
• 2. Can understanding of measurement, tolerances, basic geometry on product and part
• 3. Excellent in arrangement & installation of product major part
• 7. Excellent in fabricate Programmable logic control (PLC)
• 8. Excellent in fabricate Distribution board (DB)
• 9. Excellent in fabricate Junction board (JB)
• 10. Excellent in electrical work-Insulation winding resistance test motor
