CHEC Construction (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a fresh electrical engineering graduate to join our railway power systems maintenance team in Terengganu. You will perform routine inspection, testing and maintenance of power distribution lines, substations and related equipment, and assist in preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure safe operation of railway power supply systems.

Carry out routine inspection, testing and maintenance of railway power distribution lines, substations and associated electrical equipment within the assigned maintenance area.
Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure the safe and reliable operation of railway power supply systems.
Identify, report and assist in rectifying faults in electrical equipment in accordance with maintenance standards.
Record maintenance activities accurately and prepare maintenance and inspection reports.
Comply with company safety procedures, electrical safety requirements and applicable railway maintenance standards.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with internship or industrial training experience in electrical systems, power distribution, substations or railway power supply systems will have an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of high-voltage and low-voltage power distribution systems and electrical equipment. Basic understanding of electrical installation, testing, maintenance and fault diagnosis. Familiarity with electrical safety procedures and safe working practices. Ability to respond calmly and effectively during equipment faults or emergency situations is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Willing to work on shifts and at project sites when required.
