Job summary

DXN Limited is building a new factory in Johor and seeks an experienced Electrical Lead to manage the electrical installation and commissioning across modular data centre builds. You will act as the primary technical authority on site, reporting to the Head of Production and leading a team of E&I Technicians.

You will plan workloads, review designs, ensure quality through inspections, sign off FAT tests, issue Permits to Work, and mentor the electrical team while coordinating with mechanical

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in electrical engineering or electrical technology.
• 7+ years in electrical installation and commissioning, 3+ years supervising.
• Data centre, modular plant or packaged electrical assembly experience.
• TIA-942 or Uptime Institute Tier knowledge is mandatory.
• Licences: Chargeman A1 or higher, CIDB Green Card, PAL, Working at Heights, First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Plan and sequence electrical workload across concurrent module builds.
• Review customer design packages and raise RFIs before production starts.
• Own installation quality through first-off and in-progress inspections.
• Sign off FAT electrical test packs and issue Permits to Work for live works.
• Lead, review and mentor the electrical team.
• Coordinate with the Mechanical Supervisor on integration milestones.
