Job summary

rhi are working with our client to recruit a Project Engineer - Electrical for a site-based brownfield construction project in KL. The Electrical Project Engineer will provide dedicated electrical engineering and project execution support for a substation development.

The role will define electrical scope, perform design reviews, coordinate technical interfaces, support construction, testing and commissioning readiness, and manage contractor interfaces and project controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years relevant experience.
• Client side/Owners team Project Engineer experience.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define electrical scope for the project.
• Perform design reviews and coordinate technical interfaces.
• Support construction, testing and commissioning readiness.
• Manage contractor interfaces and project controls.
