rhi is seeking a Project Manager for a site-based brownfield power substation development in Kuala Lumpur. You will lead planning, coordination and delivery, manage brownfield construction, and coordinate engineering design to meet design standards and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong experience in brownfield projects within manufacturing/oil and gas sectors, plus budgeting, procurement, HSSE leadership, risk management, stakeholder engagement and contractor oversight.

Competenze

• Minimum 15 years relevant experience.
• Have acted as a client side/Owners team Project Manager.

Mansioni

• Project planning and execution; brownfield construction management; engineering design coordination.
• Knowledge of design standards, international codes and local regulatory requirements.
• Cost estimation and budget control; commercial and procurement management.
• HSSE leadership; risk and change management; stakeholder engagement; contractor management; governance reporting; continuous improvement and problem solving.

Formazione

Degree in Engineering, Project Management or related technical discipline
