Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive service technician to support customers, perform on-site calibrations, installations, and preventive maintenance of company products across their client base in Malaysia.

You will prepare service jobs and quotations, submit warranty claims to the factory, and work closely with sales to identify additional service or product opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer support/servicing/ in-house Calibration and technical activities.
• Prepare Service jobs and machine parts quotation instruction to Administrator.
• Submit warranty claims to factory on behalf of customer.
• To perform on-site advice, installation, preventive maintenance, repairs of company products.
• Answer customer questions relating to technical and service problems with tact and courtesy
• Practice continuous improvement by staying up to date with new knowledge of equipment modifications, new systems, and related technical information
• Take initiative to inform customers of additional services or refers product sales opportunities to the sales team
• Share customer feedback to colleagues to innovate and create positive long-term benefits
