Responsibilities
Supervise site electrical works (cabling, panels, solar arrays, earthing)
Ensure compliance with design specs and standards
Inspect site daily, monitor safety, quality, and progress
Coordinate with contractors, designers, and suppliers
Review technical drawings and resolve design issues (RFI)
Manage site logistics and material deliveries
Control Building Electrical Systems
Supervise installation of control building systems (MV/LV switchgear, SCADA, lighting, alarms, HVAC power)
Coordinate internal electrical fit-out, earthing, and cable management
Participate in inspections, functional testing, and compliance checks
Coordinate with civil works for structural integration and safety
Oversee and document testing and commissioning of systems (e.g., inverters, transformers, protection)
Troubleshoot issues and ensure proper system energisation
Collaborate with design teams on RFIs and as‑built updates
Highlight and resolve drawing inconsistencies
Maintain complete site records and prepare reports
Assist with project handover documentation (O&M manuals, warranties)
Enforce safety compliance and participate in safety activities
Engage with all stakeholders and attend coordination meetings
