Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering.

• 1–2 years of project coordination or engineering experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities.
• Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, technical documentation and project claims.
• Monitor project progress and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain proper project documentation and filing systems.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Assist in sourcing and reviewing tender opportunities from clients and relevant platforms.
• Prepare tender documents, proposals, quotations, and supporting documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and technical proposals.
• Compile cost comparisons and assist in basic cost estimation exercises for tender submission.
• Ensure tender submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.
• Maintain records of submitted tenders, quotations, and project awards.
• Support contract administration and tender clarification processes when required.
• Monitor and track project quality performance indicators and ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining quality management processes and documentation.
• Conduct periodic reviews of project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Support internal and external audits related to project execution and quality requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation, corrective actions, and follow-up activities are completed.
• Participate in training for skill improvement and CCD points.
