Job summary

Tectra Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Project Assistant to join our electrical project team on a site-based contract basis in Penang. You will support the Project Manager with daily site activities, installation, testing and commissioning tasks, and coordinate with site personnel to keep activities on schedule.

Fresh graduates are welcomed; on-the-job training will be provided. The role offers OT allowance, medical claim coverage, and a chance to gain real project site experience in a growing

Qualifications

• Punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
• Site-based work.
• Willing to work overtime when required (OT allowance provided).
• Able to stay late during project peak periods if needed.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager and project team with daily site activities.
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning works.
• Coordinate with site personnel, contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is carried out according to schedule.
• Monitor and follow up on site work progress.
• Assist in preparing site documentation and reports.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform other project-related tasks as assigned.
