Job summary

VoltEdge Power invites fresh Electrical Engineering graduates to join our growing team in Malaysia. You will gain hands-on experience in site supervision and project coordination across real projects, with on-the-job training to accelerate your learning curve.

You will work in a dynamic environment in Johor, collaborating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver quality outcomes and ensure safety and compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training provided.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD & Microsoft Office (Excel, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on-site activities to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and workers to keep projects on track.
• Conduct site inspections for safety and quality control.
• Monitor and report project progress.
• Assist in preparing technical reports, Gantt charts, and progress claims.
• Support project planning based on client requirements.
• Manage project documents including MAR & RFI.
• Act as a bridge between office and site teams.
• Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Track materials and inventory to prevent delays.

What You’ll Do

Site Management & Supervision

Technical Planning & Documentation

Assist in preparing technical reports, Gantt charts, and progress claims

Support project planning based on client requirements

Act as a bridge between office and site teams

Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders

Track materials and inventory to prevent delays

Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the Line Manager or Management

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
