Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree of Science (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) OR Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
• Advanced mathematics, physics, circuit theory, linear systems, digital logic design, and electromagnetics.
• Confident communicator with good verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin for local reporting, compliance, and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Computer Aided Design (CAD) to map out circuit diagrams, electrical wiring layouts and systems schematics.
• Calculate electrical loads, sizing cables and determine equipment specifications to meet project requirements.
• Run simulations and build prototypes to test electrical circuits and systems before installation.
• Record, analyze, and interpret test data to troubleshoot electrical issues and optimize system performance.
• Ensure designs and installations comply with local and international electrical codes, standards and safety regulations.
• Inspect existing electrical equipment, analyse data, and troubleshoot system malfunctions or failures.
• Oversee technicians, craftspeople, and contractors to ensure electrical infrastructure is properly installed, commissioned and integrated.
