Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical design or field operations.
• Strong knowledge of local electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Chargeman Certificate issued by Energy Commission.
• Strong knowledge in LV electrical systems, power distribution, and electrical protection.
• Transformer operations, generator synchronization and electrical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

We innovate and build high-quality solutions for our clients. We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our growing team. The 11kV Chargeman is responsible for the safe operation, monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous reliability Voltage (LV) electrical systems within the facility or plant. The role ensures compliance with statutory regulations, operational safety, equipment reliability, and uninterrupted utility supply to support production and business operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical systems, schematics, and components using CAD software.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment on-site.
• Diagnose technical issues and implement effective troubleshooting solutions.
• Ensure all engineering tasks comply with safety codes and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, civil engineers, and mechanical teams.
• Perform routine inspection on:
• Transformers, Protection relays, Ring Main Units (RMU), HV cables, Capacitor banks and Metering systems
• Conduct daily utility meter readings and record system parameters.
• Monitor incoming utility supply and load distribution.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities for facilities' equipment and systems
• Ensure PM activities are completed according to schedule.
• Prepare maintenance checklists and service reports.
• Monitor equipment condition and identify early signs of deterioration.
• Conduct thermal scanning, insulation resistance testing, and functional testing where applicable.
• Coordinate annual maintenance and calibration activities with vendors and contractors.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical design or field operations.
• Strong knowledge of local electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Chargeman Certificate issued by Energy Commission.
• Strong knowledge in: LV electrical systems, Power distribution systems, Electrical protection systems,
