Vision Brite Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a site supervisor to oversee electrical installation works at client sites in Kapar, Selangor. You will review drawings, coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and other trades, and ensure works meet project requirements and standards.

The role requires ability to read electrical drawings, supervise teams, manage progress, ensure safety and quality, and deliver as-built documentation.

Qualificações

• Good understanding of electrical installation and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and M&E trades.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works at site in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and material submissions.
• Coordinate electrical works with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and other M&E trades.
• Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and work quality to meet project schedules.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure installation complies with relevant standards, specifications, and approved drawings.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, discrepancies, and site coordination clashes.
• Prepare RFIs, technical reports, inspection requests, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate and witness testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Ensure proper completion of as-built drawings, test reports, and handover documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to site supervisors, electricians, and subcontractors.
• Attend site coordination and technical meetings and provide updates on electrical works.

Key responsibilities
