Job summary

Vision Brite Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an on-site Electrical Supervisor in Malaysia to lead installation works, review drawings, and coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and other M&E trades to meet project requirements.

You will monitor progress, ensure compliance with standards, and prepare essential documentation while coordinating testing and handover activities. Strong communication and safety focus are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and material submissions.
• Coordinate electrical works with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and other M&E trades.
• Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and work quality to meet project schedules.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure installation complies with relevant standards, specifications, and approved drawings.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, discrepancies, and site coordination clashes.
• Prepare RFIs, technical reports, inspection requests, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate and witness testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Ensure proper completion of as-built drawings, test reports, and handover documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to site supervisors, electricians, and subcontractors.
• Attend site coordination and technical meetings and provide updates on electrical works.
