Job summary

Connect with a career that matters, and help us build a safer future.## **Department Overview**Astro HW Engineering## Job Description* Responsible for the design & development of highly-sophisticated communication products for professional and mission critical markets in the commercial, government and industrial segments.* Utilize Modeling & Simulation Software to create and evaluate designs, including RF simulation in ADS/CST and Digital Signal Integrity simulation in Mentor Graphics and Cadence SI tool, prior to releasing the PCB layout Gerber for fabrication.* Work with a team of highly-qualified engineers to generate innovative ideas and design communication systems which include infrastructure, subscribers and accessories that meet customer requirements. Engineers will be working on sub-circuits that consist of RF, digital controller, power and audio circuits.* RF sub-circuits involve receivers, transmitters, VCOs, amplifiers, filters and mixers circuit; while digital and controller sub-circuits include microcontroller, logics and LCD circuits. As for power, audio and signaling circuits, it consists of batteries, voltage regulators, audio amplifiers, filters, speakers and microphones.* Training will be provided where necessary.## Basic Requirements* At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Communication Engineering, or related disciplines.
