Job summary

SKY POWER SDN BHD seeks an experienced Contract Manager (Electrical) to oversee electrical contracts and ensure successful delivery of projects in the Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur area. The role is full-time and requires coordination with multiple teams to protect the company’s commercial position.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in contract administration within electrical/M&E construction, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and familiarity with PAM/CIDB/CIPAA procedures.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field as listed.
• Experience in contract administration or project contracts preferred.
• Strong drafting and communication skills to prepare notices, letters and claims.
• Knowledge of PAM Contract, CIDB forms, CIPAA or similar procedures is advantageous.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractual, commercial and administrative matters for electrical/M&E construction projects.
• Review contracts, LOA, PO terms, payment terms and variation claims.
• Identify risks, LAD exposure, EOT requirements and other project conditions.
• Prepare notices, claims, EOT applications and variation claims.
• Monitor payment certificates, timelines and follow up on payments.
• Support tender and pre-contract review with risk highlighting and negotiations.
