Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Electrical Construction) to lead on-site execution for MNC Semiconductor TIPB and SPGC projects in Kulim. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage schedules, budgets, and safety requirements to deliver on time.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, at least 8 years in similar settings, strong English, Malay, and Mandarin communication, and proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, preferably in MNC Semiconductor industrial field.
• Good in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin both in writing and communication.
• Computer literate and proficient in Ms. PowerPoint, Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and AutoCAD.
• Intermediate Knowledge in Civil, structural, architectural is a must.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Project is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site electrical construction for TIPB and SPGC projects.
• Be the single point of contact for the Client PM.
• Attend SMBWA, line walks and quality line walks.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve project issues.
• Plan and monitor project schedule to meet handover dateline.
• Prepare MOS, ITP and handover documentation.
• Ensure safety and compliance with EHS requirements.
