Job summary

Taliworks Corporation Berhad is seeking a Project Engineer - Electrical (Contract) to support the Project Manager in delivering electrical engineering projects from inception through completion. You will plan, coordinate, and document designs while liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure objectives and regulatory requirements are met.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
Minimum three years in M&E construction projects.
Ability to read and interpret M&E drawings and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage electrical engineering projects from start to finish.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, consultants and internal stakeholders.
Produce detailed electrical design drawings and specifications.
Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess requirements.
Monitor progress, timelines, and budgets; report to Project Manager.
Assist in tendering, prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates.
Manage subcontractors and vendors, including evaluations and PO prep.
Carry out other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
