Job summary

Mühlbauer AG in Melaka seeks an experienced electrical engineer to design and develop electronics diagrams, control systems, and test instructions for new machines and customer upgrades.

You will drive improvements, manage development projects, issue ECNs, and collaborate with Sales, Assembly, R&D, and suppliers. Hands-on prototype work and thorough testing are also required. Experience with Beckhoff TwinCAT, E-CAD, and SAP BOM is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with PLC & motion control, especially Beckhoff TwinCAT.
• Proficiency in creating and managing circuit diagrams (E-CAD).
• Experience in SAP for BOM creation and management.
• Strong knowledge of CE, ISO and machine design norms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electronics diagrams for new machines and upgrades.
• Design machine control systems (PLC, motion control) per CE and safety regs.
• Identify improvements and redesign products to reduce lead-time and costs.
• Collaborate with management, sales, assembly, R&D, procurement and suppliers.
• Test prototypes, document training and support customers as needed.
