Qualifications

• Experience with PLC and ECAD design for electronics/electrical systems.

Responsabilités

• Design and update Electronics Circuit Diagrams (ECD) for new machines and upgrades.
• Design machine control systems meeting CE and local safety standards.
• Identify weaknesses in electrical parts, back with data, and implement improvements.
• Improve product functionality, reduce lead time, manage obsolescence, and cut costs.
• Issue ECNs and keep stakeholders informed.
• Test prototypes for performance, usability, and durability.
• Troubleshoot issues internally and with customers, remotely or on-site.
• Lead projects: create design specs, test plans, oversee prototypes.
• Track resources with Project Managers to meet deadlines.
• Analyze and propose corrective or preventive actions.
• Hands-on: assist assembly production when needed.

Senior R&D Engineer (Electronic / Electrical / Automation)

Design: Create and update Electronics Circuit Diagrams (ECD) for new machines, customer upgrades, and serial production.

Safety: Design machine control systems that meet CE and local safety standards.

Solve Problems: Spot weaknesses in electrical parts or processes, back them up with data, and develop improvements.

Redesign: Improve product functionality, reduce lead time, manage obsolete parts, or cut costs through smart redesigns.

Documentation: Issue Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and keep everyone informed.

Testing: Test prototypes for performance, ease of use, and durability.

Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues internally (Assembly, Service, Production) and externally (customers) — remotely or on-site.

Lead Projects: Create design specs, test plans, and oversee prototypes from concept to completion.

Manage Projects: Work with Project Managers to track resources and meet deadlines. Lead development projects when assigned.

Analyze & Fix: Prepare critical analysis reports and recommend corrective or preventive actions.

Hands-On: Jump into Assembly production when needed.

What We're Looking For

Proficient with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and E-CAD (Electronic Computer-Aided Design)

Experience with TwinCAT, Twinsafe safety PLC, motion control, SAP (BOM) will be added advantage

Knowledge of relevant safety regulations, laws, machine design rules and norms
