Job summary

JLL is seeking an Assistant EHS Manager in Penang for a dual-role position combining environmental, health, safety management with basic on-site healthcare. The role requires nursing qualifications with strong EHS expertise to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a safe workplace.

The candidate will support EHS program development, conduct safety audits, manage incident investigations, and coordinate health services at the on-site clinic.

Qualifications

• RN license required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Certification in Occupational Health & Safety preferred or willing to obtain within 12 months.
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and programs compliant with local regulations and ISO standards.
• Support hazard identification, risk assessments, and control measures.
• Conduct regular inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and non-compliance.
