Job summary

JLL is seeking a Regional EHS Manager to lead environmental health and safety initiatives across the APAC region from Bayan Lepas, Malaysia. You will drive regional programs, audits, KPI monitoring and risk mitigation while mentoring site EHS teams and coordinating with client accounts.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree with 7–10 years in EHS, international experience, and strong leadership skills to influence across the organization and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EHS risk and mitigation aligned with company values.
• Proven experience in EHS with strong technical acumen.
• Experience handling complex/regulatory EHS issues and stakeholder engagement.
• Influence across organizational boundaries and drive EHS culture improvement.
• Working knowledge of ISO 14001 and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Build regional talent in EHS discipline and mentor site staff.
• Implement global EHS programs, policies and procedures.
• Measure, report and improve EHS initiatives at client sites.
• Support M&A activities with EHS due diligence and guidance.
• Coordinate internal communication and escalation on EHS risks.
