Flex PTP in Johor is seeking an Environment Health & Safety Manager to oversee EH&S programs across offices and manufacturing sites, ensuring compliance with company and government standards.

Reporting to the Director, EHS, you will lead a team, manage budgets and schedules, conduct environmental safety trainings, and advise on policy changes.

The role emphasizes recruiting and retaining a qualified workforce, maintaining facilities, and delivering continuous safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related EH&S field.
• 9 years of related EH&S experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EH&S programs across offices, sites and plants with cost and staffing control.
• Develop budgets, schedules and performance requirements.
• Lead meetings on environmental safety, training and awareness.
• Ensure proper maintenance of buildings per regulations.
• Provide direction to staff and advise units to meet schedules.
• Implement HR strategies to recruit and retain a qualified workforce.
• Train staff on policy and procedure changes.
• Manage budgets and schedules for EH&S activities.
