Job summary

Flex is seeking an Environment Health & Safety Manager to supervise EH&S programs across offices and manufacturing sites, ensuring compliance with company and government standards. The role reports to the Director, EHS and involves coordinating budgets, trainings, and policy updates.

Responsibilities

• Manage EH&S programs across offices, manufacturing sites, and plants with cost and resource oversight.
• Develop and administer budgets, schedules and performance requirements.
• Lead environmental safety trainings and awareness programs.
• Oversee building maintenance and compliance with regulations.
• Provide policy guidance and HR-related actions to recruit and retain staff.
• Train staff on policy changes and procedures.
