Flex is seeking an Environment Health & Safety Manager to lead EH&S programs across offices and manufacturing sites. Reporting to the EHS Director, you will supervise a team to implement complex safety initiatives and ensure compliance with company and government standards.

The role covers policy development, training, budget control, and coordination with stakeholders to recruit and retain a qualified workforce. A strong focus on safety culture and regulatory adherence is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience in EH&S.
• Knowledge of related regulations, codes, and guidelines.
• 9 years of related experience is typical.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EH&S programs across offices, manufacturing sites and plants.
• Develop budgets, schedules and performance requirements.
• Conduct meetings on environmental safety, training and awareness.
• Oversee maintenance of buildings, furniture and fixtures per regulations.
• Provide direction to employees and advise units to meet schedules.
