Job summary

ERM in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Consultant to join our Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) team. You will lead environmental projects, conduct site investigations, remediation, and environmental due diligence, while ensuring EHS compliance across projects and operations.

You will deliver high-quality work for global clients, support sustainability initiatives, and mentor junior staff, contributing to a culture of safety, integrity, and innovation in the APAC region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geology or Environmental Engineering.
• 5–9 years of experience in contaminated site investigation and remediation.
• Strong experience in EHS due diligence, audits, and compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental projects including due diligence, site investigations, remediation, and compliance.
• Conduct Phase I–III ESAs and remediation planning.
• Provide EHS regulatory advisory services across local and international requirements.
• Develop and monitor EHS management systems and training.
• Manage subcontractors, including contracts and performance oversight.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to technical excellence.
