Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3–5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Certified Safety & Health Officer with Green Book (DOSH).
• Familiar with OSHA 45001:2018 standards.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in Mandarin for HQ liaison.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize and understand safety laws and ensure compliance.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and implement safety plans.
• Formulate audit plans, conduct safety audits and resolve hazards.
• Organize and implement occupational safety training.
• Maintain Emergency Response Plans and drills.
• Supervise safety measures at the workplace.
• Ensure safety equipment is in good condition and used properly.
• Participate in accident investigations and propose preventive actions.
• Ensure no hazards during audits by external authorities; resolve hazards.
• Provide regular safety reports to management on findings and improvements.
