Job summary

Plexus Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in Penang seeks an experienced EHS professional to lead and manage the EHS engineering processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company objectives. The role focuses on establishing the EHS management system, leading internal audits, and driving continuous improvement across sites.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor degree in a related field with 5+ years in EHS roles, familiarity with ISO 14001/45001, and DOSH registration.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
Preferably 5+ years in EHS, EMS or semiconductors industries.
Familiar with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; must be registered Safety and Health Officer by DOSH.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain EHS management system.
Lead and support audit process at Penang sites.
Continuous improvement and education on EHS standards.
Provide guidance on CAPA completion and effectiveness.
Support EHS committee in organizing environmental, safety and health programs and inspections.
Mentor juniors to achieve operational objectives.
Drive Plexus' Best People strategy including succession planning and development.
