Indium Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang is hiring a Material Handler to support warehousing and distribution. In this full-time role, you will move, store, and organize materials and products to ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment and smooth supply chain operations.

You will handle receiving, picking, packing, forklift operation, inventory checks, and safety compliance while collaborating with the team to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehousing or logistics preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to lift up to 25 kg regularly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer literacy and inventory management familiarity.
• Health and safety conscious and team player.
• Willingness to work shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming materials into the inventory system.
• Pick, pack, and label orders to customer specs.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
• Organize storage areas to maximize space.
• Load and unload trucks, ensure secure transit.
• Conduct inventory checks and reconcile stock levels.
• Follow health and safety protocols and keep area clean.
• Assist with maintenance and identify hazards.
• Collaborate with team to meet shipping/receiving targets.
• Report discrepancies or equipment issues promptly.
