Maths Power Sdn. Bhd. is a tutoring centre that serves students from primary through secondary levels across all subjects.

We are seeking a friendly Customer Service (Sales) associate to handle inquiries via WhatsApp, calls and social media, explain tuition options, schedules, fees and promotions, and guide families through the registration process. Related experience is preferred, but new entrants are welcome.

Qualifications

• Related experience in this field is preferred
• No experience is also acceptable

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries from parents and customers via WhatsApp, phone calls, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms
• Provide clear explanations about tuition programs, class schedules, fees, learning packages and current promotions
• Answer customer questions quickly, accurately and professionally
• Contact interested prospects to obtain further information
• Follow up with prospects until they register as students
• Assist with the registration process for new students and ensure all information is recorded completely
• Achieve student registration targets set by the company
• Build good relationships with parents and students
• Help resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally
• Update customer, prospect and student information in the company system
