DISTED College in Penang is seeking a Marketing Trainee to assist in planning and executing marketing activities that promote the college and its programmes. The role focuses on engaging prospective students, supporting enrolment targets and coordinating recruitment efforts.

The candidate will interact with students, parents and agents, and participate in school partnerships and Open Days. Travel may be required, and bilingual communication in Malay and English, plus Chinese, is desirable.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in Malay and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to engage with students, parents and external partners.
• Adept at coordinating campaigns and events for recruitment.

Responsabilités

• Drive student engagement and recruitment initiatives to achieve enrolment targets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with student recruitment agents.
• Build partnerships with high schools to enhance recruitment efforts.
• Provide programme counselling sessions to prospective students/parents.
• Represent the college at recruitment events and Open Days.
• Perform day-to-day administrative duties.
