Job summary

Fairview International School is seeking a Marketing Engagement Executive to be the first point of contact for prospective parents, nurturing leads from initial inquiry through tours and admissions.

You will engage via phone, WhatsApp and email, qualify prospects by understanding needs and campus preferences, and hand over high-intent leads to Admissions, while working closely with Marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional when speaking with parents over the phone.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Gmail and CRM systems.
• Customer-focused, organised and target-oriented.
• Experience in marketing, customer engagement, admissions, education, sales or telemarketing is an advantage.
• Able to communicate in English; additional languages such as Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Contact and engage new leads generated through Marketing campaigns via telephone, WhatsApp/messaging and email.
• Respond promptly to incoming enquiries and provide initial information about Fairview’s programmes, campuses and admissions journey.
• Qualify leads by understanding the child’s age, educational needs, preferred campus, intended intake and level of interest.
• Follow up consistently with leads who require additional information or time before making a decision.
• Identify high-intent and qualified prospects and book school tours, consultations or appointments for the Admissions team.
• Ensure qualified leads are accurately updated and handed over to Admissions with relevant notes and parent requirements.
• Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Work closely with Marketing and Admissions to improve lead quality, response rates, appointment bookings and overall lead conversion.
• Provide feedback to Marketing on common parent questions, objections, lead quality and campaign performance.
