Job summary

TBS ASIA MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS SDN. BHD. in Malaysia seeks an Education Counsellor to promote study abroad programs, build partnerships with schools, and attract students.

You will counsel students and parents on courses, universities, scholarships, and entry requirements, and guide them through applications, visa steps, and documentation. Fresh graduates welcome.

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for study abroad programs
• Manage social media platforms and create content, graphics, videos, and marketing materials
• Produce education-related marketing content
• Assist in organising events and education fairs, seminars, school visits, and promotional events to provide course consultation and student guidance.
• Provide counselling services to students and parents regarding study abroad programs, including course selection, universities, scholarships, and entry requirements.
• Guide students through the entire application process, including document preparation, submission, offer acceptance, and visa application.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with prospective students and partners to ensure smooth progression.

Job description

Working time: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
Job responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns for study abroad programs

Manage social media platforms and create content, graphics, videos, and marketing materials

Produce education-related marketing content

Assist in organising events and education fairs, seminars, school visits, and promotional events to provide course consultation and student guidance.

Provide counselling services to students and parents regarding study abroad programs, including course selection, universities, scholarships, and entry requirements.

Guide students through the entire application process, including document preparation, submission, offer acceptance, and visa application.

Maintain regular communication and follow-up with prospective students and partners to ensure smooth progression.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education or a related field.

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

Willing to participate in marketing campaigns, education fairs, and student recruitment activities when required.
