Job summary

Wonderspire Group Berhad is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to support the launch and growth of Wonderspire products through digital campaigns and content creation. You will engage with parents and families, manage social media, and assist in event marketing.

The role requires creativity, organization, and execution in a fast-moving startup environment. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred, with familiarity in Canva and major social platforms.

Qualifications

Degree in marketing, digital marketing, social media, campaign execution, or related fields.
Good writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to write clear and persuasive content for parents and families.
Familiar with Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Canva.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads, registrations, and customer interest for Wonderspire products.
Create social media content, captions, campaign messages, and promotional copy.
Support Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, website, and landing page marketing activities.
Lead promotion communication, customer follow-up, and lead conversion.
Support school, parent, event, and community marketing activities.
Collect and organize parent feedback, testimonials, and customer stories.
Track campaign performance including leads, registrations, engagement, and conversion.
Facilitate collaboration with industry partners to achieve marketing goals.
Prepare simple marketing reports with insights and improvement actions.
